联系中外发生的实际案例，选读涉及历史与现实的研究文献，了解规则的形成和变迁（比如政治经济法律规则）之社会基础（比如地缘政治关系/文化传统/意识形态/社会结构/非正式网络/利益组织化/社会资本等）。

选择文献阅读或案例报告：课堂陈述20 分钟（50%），文字版作业3000 字（50%）
